2. Welke gegevens wij verzamelen

Wij verzamelen alleen gegevens die u zelf actief aan ons verstrekt. Wij gebruiken geen advertentiepixels, geen Google Analytics en geen andere trackingsoftware op deze website.

3. Waarvoor wij uw gegevens gebruiken

• Het tonen van de interactieve WhatsApp-demo die u zelf heeft gestart.
• Het beantwoorden van uw vraag of het inplannen van een kennismakingsgesprek.
• Het uitvoeren van een overeenkomst wanneer u klant wordt.
• Het voldoen aan onze wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder de fiscale bewaarplicht.

Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit aan derden en gebruiken uw telefoonnummer uit de demo niet voor ongevraagde commerciële berichten.

4. Cookies en lokale opslag

Deze website plaatst geen tracking- of advertentiecookies. Wij gebruiken uitsluitend local storage in uw browser om uw taalkeuze te onthouden. Dit is strikt noodzakelijk voor de werking van de site en daarvoor is op grond van artikel 11.7a Telecommunicatiewet geen toestemming vereist. U kunt deze opslag op elk moment wissen via de instellingen van uw browser.

Voor lettertypen en enkele technische bibliotheken laadt deze site bestanden van Google Fonts en unpkg.com. Daarbij wordt uw IP-adres technisch zichtbaar voor die partijen. Er worden hierbij geen cookies geplaatst.

7. Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming en AI

De berichten in onze demo en in onze dienstverlening worden gegenereerd door een AI-systeem. U communiceert daarbij niet met een mens. Er vindt geen geautomatiseerde besluitvorming plaats met rechtsgevolgen of vergelijkbaar aanzienlijke gevolgen voor u in de zin van artikel 22 AVG.

8. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens. Wanneer de verwerking berust op toestemming, kunt u deze op elk moment intrekken; dat laat de rechtmatigheid van eerdere verwerking onverlet.

Stuur uw verzoek naar admin@leadawaker.com. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen. U heeft daarnaast het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (TLS), toegangscontrole op basis van rollen en opslag op infrastructuur die wij zelf beheren.

2. What we collect

We only collect data you actively give us. This website runs no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, and no other tracking software.

3. Why we use it

• To run the interactive WhatsApp demo you started yourself.
• To answer your question or schedule an introductory call.
• To perform our contract with you if you become a client.
• To meet our legal obligations, including statutory tax retention.

We never sell your data, and we do not use the phone number you enter in the demo to send you unsolicited marketing.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use browser local storage solely to remember your language choice. This is strictly necessary for the site to function and is exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive and Art. 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

For fonts and a few technical libraries, this site loads files from Google Fonts and unpkg.com, which makes your IP address technically visible to those providers. No cookies are set in the process.

Messages in our demo and in our service are generated by an AI system: you are not talking to a human. No automated decision-making takes place that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send requests to admin@leadawaker.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with your own national supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access control, and storage on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
